For your bookkeeper
The free read-only login for your bookkeeper or accountant, and exactly what it can open.
Every plan includes one free login for your bookkeeper or accountant. It does not use one of your staff logins. Add them in Team with their email address, starting from Bookkeeper (money, read-only). Its rights are fixed, and a bookkeeper is never put on a job.
What they can open
- Invoices, where they land when they sign in: every invoice, what is paid and what is owed.
- Quotes.
- Expenses: everyone's, with receipts, kilometres and purchase orders.
- Timesheets: everyone's hours.
- Settings → Display: the text size and light or dark, on their own device. Nothing else in Settings.
What they cannot do
Everything is read-only. They cannot raise, change, send or delete anything, cannot take a payment, and do not see your jobs, customers, leads or the business's settings.
Tax time
On the Expenses screen they can open the Tax pack, the BAS helper and Downloads (spreadsheet files of the business's money records, on a computer). See Expenses and tax time.
