Where Tradify is genuinely strong
Credit where it's due: Tradify is genuinely easy to learn, its mobile app is well built, and if you only need quoting, scheduling and invoicing it does that job cleanly — with a large user base across Australia and New Zealand. Its estimating toolkit — assemblies, plan takeoffs, AI-assisted estimate building and review — is excellent for trades that live and die on detailed estimates. Where Mist.ai wins is everything around the job: the AI answering enquiries at 2am, the money engine that chases and reconciles itself, and a flat plan price rather than a per-user licence — Pro covers up to four people and Team up to twelve, so the bill doesn't move every time someone joins the crew.
