How does the free trial work?

Book a quick demo and we'll set up your AI assistant for you — no card required. You then get 14 days of full access to test everything. We'll check in before the trial ends with options to continue or cancel.

How do staff logins work?

On Pro and Team, you invite your crew by email from your portal — each gets their own login. You control what each person sees: full operations access, or just the jobs and bookings assigned to them. Disable a login instantly any time.

Can you build something custom for our business?

Yes. Beyond the platform and the standard website build, we take on fully custom projects — websites designed from the ground up, online stores, industry-specific tools, and bespoke features built directly into Mist around the way your business works. These are scoped individually: you tell us what you need on a call, we design the solution together, and you get a fixed quote before anything starts.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes — a one-time $499 professional setup fee. For that, we do everything: a 30-minute discovery call, building and tuning your AI on your actual services and pricing, connecting online payments and your calendar, setting up missed-call rescue and review automation, and installing it on your website. You never touch a line of code. (Keep an eye out — we sometimes waive it during launch promotions.)

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — cancel in one click from your portal. No contracts, no questions. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

Which integrations are included?
