Fair questions

Do I keep my number?Yes. Your customers keep ringing the number they know. Mist answers on your website around the clock, and with a Business number added, your phone sends the calls you don't answer to Mist: the caller gets a text back.

What happens after the 7 days?Your 7 days start when your card goes in; until then we can set everything up with you, but your assistant isn't live. On day 8 your plan starts and your first bill is taken: the plan, plus the one-time $299 setup fee, less the first of eight $37.38 setup credits (on yearly, the whole $299 comes straight back off that bill). Cancel in the portal before day 8, in two taps, and nothing is charged — the account goes read-only, so your assistant stops answering and the quote and invoice links you have sent stop opening.

What if Misty can't answer something?She takes a message, emails you the details (and a one-line text alert too, if you have that turned on), keeps the whole conversation in your portal, and never makes prices up — anything off your list gets "Dave will call you back".

Is there a contract?No lock-in. Monthly plans cancel from the app; annual is simply 10 months' price — 2 months free. See our Terms for billing details.

Does it work with my accountant?Xero sync on Pro and up, and a read-only accountant seat on every plan — they get the BAS pack, you keep the money screens.
