Fair questions
Do I keep my number?Yes — your customers keep ringing the number they know. With a dedicated Mist number (Team, Enterprise, or the $19/mo add-on) you divert missed or all calls to it, and undo it any time in your phone settings.
What happens after the 14 days?You pick a plan, or you don't and it switches off. Your assistant keeps answering right through the decision either way.
What if Misty can't answer something?She takes a message, texts you the transcript, and never makes prices up — anything off your list gets "Dave will call you back".
Is there a contract?No lock-in. Monthly plans cancel from the app; annual is simply 10 months' price — 2 months free. See our Terms for billing details.
Does it work with my accountant?Xero sync on Pro and up, and a read-only accountant seat on every plan — they get the BAS pack, you keep the money screens.
