Your team
Giving staff a login, deciding what they can see, and where their hours go.
A team member with an email address can be given their own login. What they see depends on the access level you give them, and you can change it at any time — it takes effect on their next tap, not at some later expiry.

The access levels
- All operations. Everything day-to-day: jobs, quotes, invoices, customers, the diary. Not the business itself — no billing, no settings, no integrations, and no deleting.
- Assigned work only. Their own jobs and nothing else. They open on Today, see their own run sheet, and can move their own jobs along. No customer list, no money.
- Accountant. Read-only on invoices and expenses, so your bookkeeper can get what they need without an account that can change anything.
Handing out work
Assign a job, a booking or a lead to someone and they are told. Their initials show on the card so a glance at the board tells you who has what. A blue dot on their chip means they have not opened it yet.
Hours
Clocking on and off builds a timesheet per person per week. As the owner you see everyone's, week by week, and can approve a week once you are happy with it. There is a CSV for payroll.
Seats
How many people can have a login depends on your plan, and the portal tells you where you stand when you invite someone.
