“The quote listed every room with its size. The floor went down in two days and the price did not change.”

“They found the slab was out by 12 mm and quoted the levelling as its own line, before we had committed to anything.”

“Carpet in four bedrooms, hybrid through the living area. Tidy, on time, and the skirting looks like it was always there.”

Questions
Why do you have to measure? I know my room sizes.
Because a room that is 20mm out of square changes the cutting plan, and the waste allowance is where a flooring quote goes wrong. Your sizes get us a close range in five minutes; the measure makes it exact and locks it.
What is subfloor levelling and will I need it?
Concrete slabs move and timber floors sag, and a hard floor laid over a hump will click or lift within a year. We check with a straight edge and a moisture meter at the measure, and quote levelling as its own line so you can see exactly what it costs and why.
How long does it take?
A typical three-bedroom of hybrid is two days, plus a day for prep if it is needed. Carpet is usually one. The floor is walkable the same day; keep heavy furniture off it for 24 hours.
Do I have to move my furniture?
We move what two people can lift and put it back. Beds, wardrobes and anything with electronics are yours to sort, and pianos and pool tables need a specialist.
Is the price per square metre the whole price?
Nearly. The rate covers the product, the laying, the underlay and the trims at the doorways. Skirting, taking up the old floor and any levelling are their own lines — everything is on the quote, itemised per room.
